Nice and sturdy without taking space Mar 25, 2007

I'm tall (6' 2") and the standard monitors just don't put the monitor high enough for me. I don't like mechanical arms because they slowly over time sag or just are difficult to attach. If you desk space is free of cabinets where your monitors are this works great. The amount of adjustment is limited by the number of positions you can screw the attachment for the monitor (they are 3"-4" apart it looks like). I'm not that picky about the exact height but did want something to move the monitor up. What was nice is this also freed up desk space because you no longer have a stand on you desk. I have two monitor and a pair of these hold them up. Nothing fancy about this product. It just does its job well.

I have to say I was extremly worried this wouldn't work but it came out of the box and went right up. Perfect! Just an FYI the hanger portion is fully adjustable to different thickness of the wall.Excellent value as well.Worth every dollar!

I like this hanger. It works reasonably well. The only gripe I have is that the design does not truly allow you to position the monitor at any height. It does not slide along a track. Instead, you choose which holes to use when setting it up and then it stays there. There are holes at several different levels -- so there is some choice, but it is limited. If you're looking for something that can slide up and down on the fly, this is not it. Of course, you could take it apart and use different holes -- but that definitely isn't a quick adjustment.

I made my office look very clean and tidy hooking my LCD on to the hanger.
