Not as good as it could be Apr 18, 2010 I like the idea, and it is entertaining for a little while... good to have on your coffee table for when your friends come over. However, my complaint regarding it is that the polygon inside has difficulty always coming to the optic glass, and when it does it very often does not do so flat against it, leaving it difficult to read if at all. My old "Magic 8 Ball" never had this issue, and I suspect that this cute idea suffers from the usual cheaper materials/poor quality control that is prevalent in the later versions of all our childhood favourites. So, be warned... if you think dropping about 10$ for it is worth the chance, by all means.
Dissapointed Mar 08, 2010 This product looked used and I was highly dissapointed. If it wasn't such a bother to send it back I would have. It was a total waste for me.

Why waste money on psychotherapy? Jan 06, 2010 So the next time you find yourself pondering, "What would Sigmund say", a quick session with a Freud Therapy Ball may help provide some illumination. Understand however that sometimes a Freud Ball is just a Ball.
The Freud Therapy Ball will prove to be a favorite because you can enjoy it on many levels. Release all of that repressed desire for humor from your unconscious mind. Think how that would make you feel.
Just remember that there is no such thing as an innocent joke, but maybe you could pick one of these up to indulge your ID and help facilitate free association at parties.
I gave a Freud Therapy Ball to my Psychology professor, but he subconsciously questioned my motives, (as well he should have).

fun for us psychology geeks Dec 09, 2009 Totally thought this was hilarious, although my husband didn't get the humor in it. I am planning on ordering more for the girls I am graduating with in May...all of us psych majors!

Fun, but ink leaks. Nov 12, 2009 I bought two of these as gifts. The first one I received had leaked out the purple ink during shipping. The second leaks while handling it. Be careful where you set it as the purple dye stains! Wash your hands right away if it gets on them.
Other than that the product is a fun toy. The Freudian sayings are hilarious!
