Don't buy this product if you have a Mac! Aug 20, 2008

Though the packaging on this product claims it works with a Mac, I was unable to get it to work properly. Customer service was, to put it mildly, less than helpful. Their idea of a solution was to stonewall me for two months, send me a "traditional" calendar (if I wanted a paper calendar I would have purchased one) while telling me they weren't sure why all the features didn't work on the latest Mac OS but they would look into it, stonewall me for another two months, then tell me no solution was forthcoming and they wouldn't provide a refund; I would have to return it to the point of purchase. I can't speak to how this product operates on a PC, but if my experience is any indication I wouldn't trust it to work. I gave it one star only because zero was not an option.
