These deliciously scented and colored pencils are made from rolled sheets of newspaper instead of wood--you can even see the layers of newspaper when you sharpen them! Recycled newspaper is tightly rolled around colored centers then hardened so they feel like wood pencils, but are better for the environment. Be sure to look for Snifty Scented Pens, too!

Set of 10 scented #2 colored pencils, one of each delicious scent/color: Bubble Gum (pink), Cherry (red), Chocolate (black), Cotton Candy (light blue), Grape (purple), Orange (orange), Root Beer (brown), Tropical Blast (yellow), Very Berry (dark blue), Watermelon (green)
Each pencil packaged in its own freshness tube to maintain its scent for 2 yrs.
Environmentally friendly. Made from 100% recycled newspapers.

My son is a real Smencil fan, but the smell really doesn't last as long as it should. The kids don't seem to care about it. The plastic case the set comes in is cute and helps keep the pencils together. Please come out with more scents and make them available separately for kids who wish to collect all the scents. Make them available in more retail outlets.

I love smencils but the ones that were sent to me quickly lost their scent even though they had not been opened. I am thinking that I will just have to throw them out because no one will really want them.

My son (and I) love these pencils! Only problem was that some of the plastic tubes shattered in the box that also contained a heavy book.

I bought this product for my 9 year old nieces n they loved it!! It smells really good. The only bad thing is the price...... But other than that, it's an A in my book..
