I purchased 4 outdoor 18-Inch 120-Light Star of Bethlehem with Spheres(clear). They are quite spetacular. I only wished I had gotten the multicolored. They would have made quite a statement hanging from my trees.

I purchased two of these because the picture is beautiful. However, what I received was cheap plastic stars with a sphere in the center. The points of the star are simply cheap red and white plastic and mine are bent. The picture also gives the illusion of gold glittering throughout the star, there is not one piece of gold glitter anywhere on it. I would be embarrassed to hang this in my home! BEWARE it looks nothing like the picture.

We are hopeful that this light will withstand windy conditions better than our last star did, which only lasted 2 seasons and had to be reassembled multiple times. The design of this star seems to better absorb shock and its many lights make it dazzle. I will still be content even if we only get a few seasons out of this star as it was half the price of the last one. Fingers crossed!

Although the star was very beautiful, it was defective. The top point of the star was warped and fanned out. Very disappointing.

My first order from Amazon.com was the Bethlehem Star. When it arrived, some of the bulbs would not light so I e-mailed Amazon. They advised me to return the star and they would immediately ship out a new one. The next day I returned the Star from our post office. That very afternoon, a new star arrived at my home. I couldn't believe it. What terrific service.
The Bethlehem Star looks absolutely beautiful as my porch light.
